Article 93
The special regime applies 24% to qualifying work or general income through €600,000 and 47% above. Entered Spanish-taxable savings income uses the applicable savings bands. A DNV approval alone does not qualify you for this regime.

Estimate income tax and your Social Security contributions under Beckham Law or ordinary IRPF. Choose employee, autónomo, or a manual contribution amount; ordinary IRPF also supports a simplified salary estimate.
How the estimate works: Self-employed mode starts with profit after business expenses, calculates your Social Security, then deducts it once before estimating ordinary IRPF. It assumes an individual autónomo registered all year and excludes further income-tax expenses or reductions, including the simplified-regime allowance. Estimates use 2025 tax scales with 2026 contributions. Taxable-base mode assumes Social Security has already been deducted and does not deduct it again.

For planning, this mode applies 2025 state and regional reference scales and personal minimums. It combines them with 2026 Social Security assumptions. Tax year 2026 is not yet finalized.
Salary and self-employed modes subtract estimated Social Security and income tax from entered earnings. They exclude withholding, credits, further deductions, treaty effects and special territories. Use the advanced mode only when you already know your taxable base.
Social Security checked September 27, 2026; other sources checked September 4, 2026. This is a planning estimate, not a tax return.
